Information collected

The contact form collects your name, email address, optional phone number, topic and message. The application form collects your name, email address, phone number, motivation and optionally a CV.

Use and recipient

This information is used only to respond to enquiries and review applications. It is emailed to the administrator address configured in WordPress for VOPID. Applications are also stored in a private WordPress section accessible to administrators. No visitor account or external recruitment service is used.

Retention and security

Messages and applications remain in VOPID’s mailbox and, for applications, in WordPress for as long as needed to process them, then are deleted under the organisation’s internal procedures. CVs are not stored in the WordPress media library. The site uses HTTPS and limits automated submissions.

To request access to, correction or deletion of your information, or removal of a photograph featuring you, write to gicvopid@hotmail.com.

This notice describes how VOPID forms work. The organisation should validate it against its internal procedures and applicable obligations before any large-scale recruitment campaign.
